45th AGINCOURT ARROW TOURNAMENT

SUNDAY 13th OCTOBER 2019

VENUE:  Merdon Club ground – adjacent to The Hampshire Bowman, Dundridge Lane, Bishops Waltham, Hampshire, SO32 1GD 

TIME:  Assembly 9:45 am.     Sighters  10:00 am.

ROUND:  Long Western – 4 Doz @ 80 yds, 4 Doz @ 60 yds

OFFICIALS:  Lord Patron – Andy Cook,  Field Captain – Roger Minors,  Judge – Trevor Chalk

AWARDS:  Agincourt Arrow. Best Gold. Colour Prizes

Medal and Trophy:  Lady and Gents Recurve, Compound, Barebow and Longbow
Medals will be awarded according to entries in all categories

Note:  Current Handicap will be required on entry form to compete for the Agincourt Arrow

G.N.A.S. Dress would be appreciated. Car parking in adjacent field.
Light refreshments will be available. Hampshire Bowmen pub will open at 12pm for lunch.
Please note we will be taking orders on behalf of the pub, orders must be in by 10am.

THIS IS A LIMITED ENTRY TOURNAMENT – maximum: 48 archers

*** Please would all trophy holders return them on or before the shoot ***

Merdon Bowmen & the Landowners will not be held responsible for any injury or damage to equipment however caused on the day of the shoot. Entering the tournament will be considered as acceptance of these terms.
