Today’s Summer Championship final was attended by 10 archers in sunny if a little windy weather. Records Officer Phil Stringer confirmed that there were 5 archers who had shot the required 3 qualifying rounds.

Due to the handicap style of the championship, archers were free to choose the western of their choice. Two opted for a Long Western and the rest a Western.

Two hours of shooting resulted in a close run competition. Paul Egget came out on top as the Summer Champion!
